Take your Short-Term rental business to the next level by enlisting us for ongoing guest management focused on hospitality. We will regularly update your short-term rental listing and interface with your guests from booking, preparing for their stay, getting them settled in, and managing the check-out process. We provide regular listing and pricing updates, calendar management, guest communication before, during and after stays, plus writing reviews and resolving disputes, all in addition to coordinating the turnover team between each guest stay.
Some of our clients are gifted in design and choose to stage their property using the suggestions and guidelines we provide in the consultation. We do allow owners to stage their properties, however, we reserve the right to not allow the home into the Collective if it doesn’t meet our brand standards.
We travel just about anywhere! We create a plan for design, shipping & receiving your products, and what is needed for install. Costs of travel are added to your expense budget and we generally stay at the property during the installation period.
Unfortunately, no. Our design services are reserved only for properties coming into A Chalet Collective for at least one year. Our design and setup is centered around our hospitality plan and transitions naturally into hosting. If you’re interested in hosting your own property under our Collective, we have a co-hosting package available for you!
