Each of our properties is available for short-term and mid-term stays through online travel agencies such as Airbnb & VRBO which function as third-party platforms. However, you can *save the service fees* by booking directly through our website, offering you the same quality stay at a lower price.
After completing the online reservation process, we’ll review your reservation to make sure all the information is complete and that it meets our minimum night stay and other requirements. All guests are required to submit IDs, a pre-arrival form, and sign a rental agreement.
At the time you make your reservation, 100% of the accommodations, cleaning, and all other fees will be charged to your credit card. You’ll receive all the check-in details through email 1 day prior to your stay.
Besides the accommodation fees, reservation fees include, but are not limited to, lodging taxes, cleaning fees, management fees, and pet fees where applicable.
We allow free cancellation for 48 hours, as long as it’s canceled at least 30 days before check-in. After that, you may cancel up to 14 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate as well as the entire cleaning fee. All cancellations must be in writing.
Absolutely! If you’re more comfortable reserving a stay on a 3rd party platform, we’re happy to host you any way possible.
